More about the role
As an Inbound Telesales Advisor, you’ll be an integral part of developing the direct business through winning new customers and migrating existing customer from their perpetual software to subscription based. You’ll be working with business customers who currently use the software.
You’ll be receiving inbound calls and chat request through their website from customers who are inquiring about their products and/or services. They are innovating the way we sell to our customers and proactive chat is a new avenue for us to utilise. You’ll be assist the customer with their inquiry but also apply your sales skills to sell the products and/or services to the customer. You’ll be using a consultative approach to sell bespoke solutions and customer service skills.
As an Inbound Telesales Advisor, you’ll communicate with customers to understand and bridge any gaps, use data from customer interactions to guide product development to see through Adobe’s customers’ eyes so we can constantly do better. In addition, by making it easier for customers to do business, you’ll pave the way for the business to grow.
Who we are looking for
We’re looking for you to have proven sales experience, ideally in B2B, but also B2C and you’ll have proven skills in developing an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle. You’ll be focussed on developing your knowledge and skills to ensure you are fully aware of the market you are working in and the products you are selling.
We’re looking for you to have proven excellent communication skills and the ability to provide customers with a truly partnering approach.
